Practical steps
- Use the account that submitted the application and complete its professional profile. Check membership status: a pending application does not grant accepted-member access.
- Open Studio and select the intended program and workspace. Tools and files belong to the active workspace and may differ by program and role.
- If membership is accepted but a tool is missing, record the program, page URL, time, and error message for workspace support. Do not share another workspace's files as evidence.
