Content creator

Prepare public channels, content type, audience language, and collaboration boundaries.

Team or studio

Explain the organization, projects, and who is authorized to manage the account or workspace.

Rights holder

Separate ownership, licensing, and representation; do not upload confidential contracts publicly.

Collaborator

Name one or two contributions, relevant experience, and realistic availability.

Five steps that shorten diagnosis

Before Support

Use only the steps that fit your issue, then send a focused description if it continues.

Identify the account and route

Is the issue before sign-in, during application, or inside a specific program workspace?

Read the current state

Review the application or membership copy; the required next step may already be shown.

Retry safely

Refresh or sign in again without submitting the same form repeatedly.

Capture context

Keep the page name, approximate time, error text, and a redacted screenshot if useful.

Choose the route

Support for operations, Rights for ownership and impersonation, Legal for policy context.

Application states and what to do next

Application help

Not every state needs a support request. Some await review; others ask you to take a clear action.

Draft

Complete required fields and check that public links work before submission.

Under review

No action is needed unless a note or change request appears in the application.

Changes requested

Read the review note, update saved answers, and resubmit.

Accepted

If access does not appear immediately, allow membership activation and then open the program workspace.

Not accepted or withdrawn

Review the reason or state and reapply only when fit improves and the program remains available.

Information not to send in a general description

Safety

A useful description can support diagnosis without putting the account, organization, or team at risk.

  • Do not send passwords, verification codes, invitation links, or session values.
  • Do not upload full contracts, identity documents, or financial data unless a specialist flow explicitly asks.
  • Hide member names, email addresses, and unnecessary internal data from screenshots.
  • If the request involves ownership, licensing, or impersonation, move to Rights.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I start if I do not know the issue type?

Start with the account, route, and page you were using. Compare Support, Rights, and Legal, and use general Support only when the request is not rights- or policy-related.

What should I do while an application remains under review?

Wait unless the product shows a deadline or note. Do not duplicate the application; use Support only if the state is contradictory or the route is broken.

Can I edit an application after submission?

It depends on the state. When reviewers request changes, the application exposes an edit and resubmission path.

Does Help verify rights-holder capacity?

No. Ownership, licensing, and official representation requests start in Rights and follow a separate review.

Should I send a screenshot?

Yes when it is useful, after removing passwords, codes, email addresses, and unnecessary internal data.

Could not find the right guide?
