Content or material

A work, image, text, or asset you believe was used without appropriate permission.

Credit correction

A creator, organization, professional role, or owner appears inaccurately.

Impersonation or representation

An account, page, or workspace suggests it is official or represents an organization without clarity.

License scope

A question or dispute about a work, catalog, territory, duration, or type of use.

Page or catalog management

A dispute about who can administer something in the product, which differs from legal ownership itself.

Capacity

Describing your capacity precisely helps route the request and prevents a broader scope than the context supports.

Rights owner

Holds an original or transferred right in a work or mark within a defined scope.

Agent or representative

Acts under authority that may not cover every work, territory, or decision.

Licensee or distributor

Has permission for a specific use and does not necessarily hold general ownership.

Contributor or creator

May have a credit right or objection to a use without administering the organization or catalog.

Workspace administrator

Has an operating permission inside Fanaraa that does not prove ownership or legal representation.

Information needed

Start with sufficient public information. Do not send a full contract or identity document unless a specialized route requests it later.

Identify the right or capacity

Name the work, mark, or catalog and whether you are an owner, agent, licensee, or contributor.

Add the issue location

Provide the page, account, material link, or a precise description of where it appears.

Explain the relationship

Public pages, official records, or organizational links can help explain your connection.

State the requested outcome

Removal, correction, restriction, review transfer, or capacity clarification within a reasonable scope.

Review flow

Timing and outcome depend on capacity clarity, potential harm, conflicting claims, and whether more information is needed.

Completeness check

Confirm that the request identifies a right or capacity, location, and understandable outcome.

Scope review

Separate what Fanaraa can address from what needs another party or process outside the product.

Harm reduction

Visibility or changes may be limited temporarily when immediate action carries greater risk.

Decision or follow-up

Take an appropriate action, decline with context, or request more evidence within what can be shared.

Inside the workspace

Joining the Rights Holder program does not automatically grant authority over every work, page, or member.

• Capabilities depend on membership, verification, and the catalog or license scope supported by review.
• Workspace information must not be used to manage rights beyond the granted capacity or program.
• Conflicting claims may require a temporary freeze instead of immediately transferring administration.
• The end of authority or a professional relationship can change access even if it was previously accepted.

Content and credit

A work or mark in a review or discussion does not establish official capacity, but protected materials and accurate credit still matter.

Criticism and review

They may use limited context to explain an opinion, but do not justify republishing a complete protected work.

Fan content

It should not imply ownership, licensing, or official status and may still be subject to third-party rights.

Professional credit

Correcting a contributor's name or role does not automatically grant page or work administration.

Official capacity

It needs a reviewable relationship and may be limited to a work, entity, period, or territory.
